Trustworthy and speedy service. I have a new build that had plumbing through JE Turnbaugh...no issues and all maintenance done after the warranty period was over has been seamless.
We had a great experience with JE Turnbaugh, and our air conditioning unit. I reached out via their website and Crystal got back to me within Just a few hours. Paul and his assistant Eric promptly showed up this morning, were able to diagnose the issue within minutes and fixed everything to help extend the life of our unit. The cost was very reasonable how was extremely helpful and respectful overall a great experience
A/C was running constantly & wasn't cooling. 86 degrees inside overnight. Paul & Erick were here by 10AM, quickly identified the problem & had it fixed in no time. They were friendly, professional, & efficient-- they really know what they're doing-- and all at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Thank you J.E.T.!!
Highly recommend this company. The office staff is fantastic and Bruce was awesome. I called and they sent Bruce out within the hour for an issue with our water heater. Bruce explained everything and got it fixed. Thank you so much for your quick professional service!!
Ac wasn't working right so I called as soon as they opened. Paul & Ben came out the same day and fixed us right up!! Everyone was so professional!! Paul did great with going over everything with us. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone!!!
