I install a new inner tie rod and take it in for an alignment. The guy working at this shop didn't bother loosening the adjustable clamp to make the adjustment, he just twisted the rod and ruined my bellows. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I'm a mechanic, and this is the place to go. Jim is the best, honest and good work. Your vehicle is done in a timely manner. He doesn't rip you off like everywhere else. 5 star highly recommend. Ask for Jim.

Wow! This man is honest and a hard worker. I’ve had two great experiences here. I took my car in, he fixed the problem in minutes and didn’t charge me. Second time, we got a wheel alignment and he charged $30. What a wonderful find in a service where many customers are taken advantage of. I give him 100 stars.

I think the J is for Jim who I spoke on the phone with, scheduled an appointment to come in to a locked up business. I called him multiple times the day before and the day of to confirm he could do the additional work I was wanting and he never answered. I also called, of course, while at his locked business and of course, no answer. I also spoke to some people at a business across the street and they said "he's hardly ever there."
