We called with an emergency situation after the pump broke in our well. Within minutes, we got a call back. They arrived even quicker. Mark & Steve were great and easy to work with. They investigated the situation and got our pump working, not only same day, but within 2 hours. We would recommend them over and over. Thanks so much!
I called Thomas Well yesterday and left a message regarding a leaky fitting on my well’s water tank. I received a call back within minutes and was told they were en route to my house to address the problem. Within thirty minutes, the fitting was replaced and water turned back on. WOW! They treated my problem like it was of the most importance. This customer service is top notch!
We were having some water pressure issues and after having a couple of conversations with other well companies, we thought that hydrofracking might be the solution. One company told us we needed to replace basically our entire system (e.g., pump, tank, cap, gauges) and hydrofrack--to the tune of $8,400!
