They used Ice and Water as the roof for my sunroom. I hired them to reroof this 20x10’ sunroom in June 2022 and since then it has leaked 3 times. Each time they came out and “fixed” it- it continued leaking each time. So I hired different roofers now and they are explaining to me all of the many blunders of J&E’s handiwork. AVOID these scoundrels. They installed gutter screens for me. The work was poor to unacceptable. It took several calls to get them to come back and remediate the job. Then I noticed one of the gutters they put up was sagging in the middle preventing the water from draining. I called Josh the owner I believe. He said to send pictures which I did and have a confirmation of receipt. When I tried to call him to confirm receipt he had blocked my number. NEVER SHOWED UP OR EVEN CALLED ! Elizabeth was very friendly on the phone and gave me details about their work. But she and Josh (who she said was coming with her ) never showed up on Tuesday 5/11/21 at 9 am for their appointment. And still have not showed up or called or texted. Have not return my texts (3) or phone calls (2). The job was going to be 1-4 townhouses needing gutter repair and gutter guards My advice is to be careful relying on these two - they must have plenty of work.
