We had an issue with our gas steam heat furnace and it was an emergency. Jimmy called us back and explained what we could do ourselves but since we were away and our son was home, he came over and took care of the issue in the next hour. Great service and great work!
Called this company to repair my oil boiler was not getting heat on 2nd floor, gentleman by the nam John, courteous, friendly showed up explained the work he done referred company's electrical plumber Ed. Ed made two appointments no show call or text until I reached out first time to call him then he sent an apologetic text with a very lame excuse. I was having the hardest time finding a plumber to come and install my shower rough in - I finally called J&E plumbing and they sent John out to my parents house - not only did he do great woe but he explained everything he did and made everyone feel really comfortable with the work he did. I highly recommend J&E plumbing and I will definitely be using them moving forward in the future.
We had a great experience with J&E when getting advice on changing out our boiler and hot water heater. Very knowledgeable and honest company. Highly recommend!
