J&E Plumbing & Heating provided excellent service when we woke up to no heat or hot water. They explored several cost-effective solutions before we realized a major repair was necessary. We appreciated their respectful and understanding approach during a stressful situation.
J&E really saved us after that big snowstorm in January. We woke up that morning with no heat and our home was already very cold. We called several companies and due to our heater being from an international company, many places told us they couldn’t help us. J&E moved us to the top of their list and the crew worked very hard and tirelessly to help us troubleshoot the problem. They replaced my water heater two Mike's Awesome people and professional and efficient they didn't play around they new there stuff I recommend them 100% as a prior construction Worker they are really good ty!!!

initial conversation with clients need to be more accurate. No potential client would appreciate being manipulated in paying a service charge that wasn’t communicated PRIOR said service: I have asked 3 seperate occasions on if there was a charge to be paid for an inspection. At no point, a TIME LIMIT was discussed verball or written.
