I was having the hardest time finding a plumber to come and install my shower rough in - I finally called J&E plumbing and they sent John out to my parents house - not only did he do great woe but he explained everything he did and made everyone feel really comfortable with the work he did. I highly recommend J&E plumbing and I will definitely be using them moving forward in the future.

I contacted this plumber to repair a toilet that was running continually. He charged me $230.00, plus tax, for this service, but did not perform the repair -- the toilet continued to run. I called him back and he returned a day or two later, but he was still unable to fix the toilet. I asked for a refund, since the problem had not been solved, but he basically told me to get lost and kept my money.
