Contacted Joe for a problem with my toilet. He was prompt, knowledgeable, had the supplies and tools needed for the job. I had to contact him again for a different issue and will always be my first call when things come up!
Joe, owner of J & E, was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I look forward to using him for repairs and a possible new construction project.
J&E was sent through Home Warranty. He was rude and very short. He replaced coupler. Smelled gas was told it was because pilot was lit. It will pass. Long story short. It never passed. Piedmont gas was called and informed me that when coupler is replaced. The value clamp should have been checked to make sure there was a seal. I contacted J&E and he disagreed and refused to return and correct the issue. This could have ended horribly. Don’t waste your time and money with this company!!
