Called and left messages on several occasions recently as well as trying to contact through website but received NO RESPONSE.
In the spring of 2023, we had 10 windows replaced on the main floor of our home. The overall installation went well, though we encountered some minor hiccups, including the mismeasurement of our front bay window. This was expected, given that we have an older home. I chose this company because they offered a warranty, and my Dad had used them many years ago to replace the windows in his home without issues. This company has gone downhill since Joe passed away. I have called numerous times and no returned calls. If Joe was still around, he would fire all the incompetent people trying to destroy what he built up.
Zero communication from this company. They failed to show up to the appointment they made to come to our place to help with our windows. After they didn't come we called and wasn't given a reason beyond they got busy and he rescheduled for monday. They didn't show up monday and have never been bothered to respond to any messaged since.
I'm a property manager and use JEH all the time and am very happy with their service and quality. They're also terrific at supplying any quick ship projects I have.
