Run! Don’t do business with John at J&E. They are liars and incompetent. He makes promises and apologizes and then doesn’t do what he commits to. Following Hurricane Helene, we were promised that our kitchen and bathrooms would be completed by Mid-February. It wasn’t finished until July and the quality is terrible, with drawers that don’t work and shelves at the wrong height. owner is complete liar, does do what he promises then tries to charge you for his mistakes. His own installers hate working for him and say this is his normal business practices. He also offers cash discounts to avoid paying taxes such class act!!’
Amazing Kitchen!!! There were come complications that came up along the way but the owner, John, handled everything professionally and timely and sent out an amazing installer, Bob, and we ended up with the kitchen of our Dreams!!! Very happy with the final results and anyone who chooses J&E will be happy with their decision. Thank you to John and the whole company
This happens to be my worst experience. John came out and I showed and explained what I wanted. He gave me a quote for the cabinets. When I saw the design it wasn’t anything I wanted. He didn’t have a lazy Susan in the drawing for which he charged me. He had the stove moved 10” which he didn’t tell me. He was rude when I mentioned these things.
