DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Ditto to Colleen's review. Had my mower for 3 1/2 weeks. Did nothing. Didn't call. I picked it up w/ no work done, owner only in shorts. Didn't offer to help load into my car. This should be a NO STAR review.
Took my mower to him on Mon for repair. Called Tue and Wed for update. Got voicemail, no return call. Went to his house to get it back, unfixed. He answered the door in his underwear. Very unprofessional
