This was my first experience with JD's upholstery and will definitely be my last. I was quoted $2300 to recover two boat cushions. Their first attempt my motor cover was done poorly. The cushion had lumps, pulled to tight in areas, material pulled so tight stitching was ripping apart. I live an 1:15 from this place so not easy for me to make round trips to show up for a cushion that bad. We could not be happier with the work the team at JD’s did on our boat seats. We had been searching for a while for someone who could repair the damage that had occurred to our cushions over the years. Not only did Carrie Ann welcome the challenge of getting us sorted out, she was incredibly helpful in tracking down the right fabric to match our existing setup. And they had them completed and back to way sooner than expected. It was truly a pleasure to work with Carrie Ann and team!
JD's Upholstery was amazing to work! Carrie knowledge regarding how we should refill the existing sofa cushions was evident throughout the process. The result was exactly what we were looking for - firmer back cushions using the existing upholstery. In addition, JD's was able to work with our deadline and even offered to deliver the cushions, if needed. I would highly recommend them!
