Scheduled them to on a Tuesday morning take the day off of work so I can remove the septic tank lid and they never even show up. Not even a phone call and won't answer their phone! Would recommend that nobody waste your time with this place!
We have used this company in the past many times...BUT no more...I called early Monday morning, left a message concerning needing my tank pumped, called back a few hours later to let them know the tank was uncovered as they requested and asked for a return call as to getting a time set up....called 2 more times and couldn't even leave anymore messages. Sadly we will not be using this company anymore.
Scott came out to pump out my two tanks, which were overdue for a cleaning. It was my first time dealing with a septic tank and he walked me through the process. I ended up getting risers to make the next cleanout easier with less digging. He came out on a Saturday morning to do the job. Great, friendly service and the price was what was quoted.
We called for a clean out. Scott came out and was timely and extremely knowledgable. Quoted price was right on the money. Have recommended since and would use again.
