We called for a clean out. Scott came out and was timely and extremely knowledgable. Quoted price was right on the money. Have recommended since and would use again.
I called on a Friday. They said they could come the next day, Saturday. Late morning or early afternoon.. They never showed up or even called to explain why they never showed up... These people are a joke!!
Called for a clean out of our septic tank. It was a non-emergency, we were noticing issues flushing the lowest toilet in the house after we used a large amount of water (showering etc). Initially, it was going to be later in the week because of how busy they were but they had a cancellation and were in my area so I had it done the same day. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. Called the company asking for a quote of a septic tank cleaning. I was quoted $250-$275. I then received a call from the actual person coming to do the job...was quoted the same price. The worker showed up then requested I pay him $350 because it was worse than expected. Don't quote a top price of $275 if it could be higher. Not a nice way of treating a 90 year old veteran.
