Pleasantly suprised... Oddly this positive recommendation begins with me stating that JD's failed to deliver a sheet pizza at the designated time to a party being held in my home. I place the order in store several days prior to the event for an 8pm delivery. When it didn't arrive by 8:15pm I worried that there had been an error. I called and they seemed to have lost the order slip, but assured me they could get it here in 20 minutes. They did!
