My husband ordered an arrangement for his mom, it was so ugly & sad looking. Flowers were used that he did NOT want or chose, he didn't receive a call for substitution (being a florist myself) i can say with certainty that regardless of whether it is Mother's Day week, any ...specific week... Which is long and work load is heavy with flowers. The shops I've worked it was always..... I mean it was a must..... to call the customer & let them know of any changes. A little upset over high expectations. 1st time in yesterday since it changed hands to a new business. The flowers are beautiful. But not what I would consider $80+ worth of an arrangement. I always went to Jody because she always did an amazing job and I never had a complaint. We took a chance on a new business in town and definitely a let down. Even a plastic vase was a shocker.
We used Western Bloom Florals for a funeral and have nothing but great things to say. Flowers were beautiful and reasonably priced. The owner was great to work with and was happy to help us over a holiday weekend when the funeral was held.
Awesome company to work with! I needed a funeral keepsake stone at the last minute & living out-of-state I was alittle worried I wouldn't get exactly what I wanted, but they did not disappoint! Emily was so patient taking care of my needs & helped me chose the exact stone over the phone! They delivered it in plenty of time to my best friend's mother-in-law's funeral.
