Downend is by far the Worst landscaper that we have had since we bought a home here in 2005! The manager of our community always informs residents prior to Downend coming to trim our builder beds. This allows residents to put red flags in their beds which means “DO NOT TRIM”!!! Recently we were informed that “they” were coming to trim our shrubs.
