I had called with a few questions and I had gotten some very helpful information from the person I chatted it. It was very informative until the end of the conversation where I expressed my thanks and that they had been helpful to which I was told "I know" and was hung up on. I still appreciate the information I was given but the rude hang up was not necessary at all.

It's so great to finally have a jeweler in Yarmouth, it's definitely something we've been missing. Not only that the place and the service is fantastic. Attention to detail, locally owned and friendly/excellent service. Will never have my watch batteries changed anywhere else!
