I cannot say enough good things about Jeremy, hes helped us before, but, I had a water heater problem, I called and I didn't even get halfway through my explanation before he told me i know exactly what this is and you don't even need me to come out, I can walk you through it over the phone. I don't trust myself at all, but he made this so easy. Did not charge me a penny. Absolutely amazing! I will recommend Dodson to anyone and everyone for all Plumbing needs. FANTASTIC!

Him and his team have done a fantastic job on work for my home and my father. He's super easy to talk to. He breaks things down for you to understand. If he can't make it, he always texts or calls. That's what makes this a 5 star business. The communication is just outstanding.
When my hot water heater sprang a massive leak, Jeremy was on top of the problem. He replaced the hot water heater quickly and with the exception of water that had leaked, he removed and took away the old heater. I recommend him to anyone.
I had a great experience with Jeremy. He came out on very short notice to fix a leaking toilet in MBATH and was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly identified that the wax ring hadn’t been set properly, reset the toilet, and explained everything clearly. When he realized the main drain also needed rooter service, he let me know right away instead of trying to upsell or overcharge.
