I have been getting treatment for the past 5 years and it has come to an end to say the least i’m so sad to be leaving such amazing and caring people. Doctor Ali is a great ortho who puts your health and treatment and well being before anything else. I booked the appointment for treatment on the same day, but it ended up being only a 5-minute consultation despite having a scheduled appointment. I was made to wait for over an hour, and after the consultation I was told to book another appointment for a different day. Additionally, I had to wait again at the front desk just to pay the consultation fee. The entire experience felt disorganized and did not respect my time. They wanted to maxout the charges. Worse dentist I've ever been to very aggressive and didn't have an assistant was struggling to do all task on his own I won't repeat. I don't believe he's even a licensed dentist.
