MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I'VE USED. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the work I received from J Dee's imports. They lack communication skills, and professional courtesy for their customers in my opinion. I had to get my car towed to J Dees after getting a battery changed and wires were crossed. They had my car for weeks and never called me to let me know anything and anytime I would call they had no information and said they would call back and never did. Charged 800 dollars to hook up two a/c hoses and put 2 fittings in. Granted I have a mid 80’s Volkswagen. Way overpriced and didn’t fix the issue. If you have an older vehicle do not take it here.
RecommendedThis is where you need to take your truck/car for repairs. Paiden was my mechanic and he was wonderful! Great customer service, gets the job done in a timely manner and gives great recommendations for future services! Highly recommend asking for Paiden next time you stop by for any future repair needs! Will definitely be referring him to all my friends!
