My husband has waited over two weeks for the results. He has called three times and keeps getting told that he will receive a callback. The receptionist said that he could not have results without an appointment, but would not make an appointment for him. She just keeps saying that he needs to wait for a nurse to call but will not schedule an appointment. It has been over two weeks and 3 phone calls.
Dr. Sule and staff are very professional, personable and friendly. I’ve been to both the Pocatello and Blackfoot office and was seen quickly.
I felt very comfortable and welcome. Dr Sule and his nurse were both very easy going, and also very professional.
