Dr. Cross’s dental work was excellent, and my gums have healed beautifully. However, my experience with the office’s communication and insurance handling was lackluster. I was told verbally my procedure would be covered by insurance, only to be surprised with a several-thousand-dollar bill on the day of surgery—something the office later acknowledged they knew was not covered. Dr. Cross and his staff are excellent!
Dr Cross was very knowledgeable and explained things so you could understand them. Stacy and Nicole were also excellent to work with.
First appt today and was happy w initial experience. Staff helpful and courteous. Prompt, efficient care. Dr Cross very explanatory and professional with advice and treatment plan.
