We paid him a retainer on a custody case that never went forward and decided we wanted him to hold on to it in case anything else came up. But now he's trying to tell me I have to pay him another retainer and the retainer that I paid him before is non-refundable???
He is a very gentleman type well spoken and polite his staff are great always nice and polite my friend referred him and I'm very satisfied with his services and will gladly referefriends to him
Mr. Marsee will take your money and sit on your case. My child custody case sat stagnant for 2 years with him making excuses. I ended up hiring a new lawyer who in two months did everything Mr. Marsee said he couldn't do. He will not give you back your retainer even though he will not work once you pay him. He has family, friends and co workers who write his wonderful reviews. I have a masters in digital marketing so I know how to spot fake reviews and they have been reported.
