I would just like to shout from the rooftops how wonderful and honest J. Dan Clay is. I accidentally shipped a laptop to their address, and--when we realized my mistake and left a note--they immediately left it on the porch unopened. In addition to the financial savings of not having to buy a new laptop, they saved us a huge headache and restored our faith in humanity. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
We bought our (first) home and all the existing appliances were older (like 2010). Some started to fail after a few years, and so we contacted Mr. Clay. He came and gave an honest answer: the cost to repair/replace the part, the cost of a new unit, etc. 100% honest throughout; he genuinely wanted to make sure we had that appliance working again.
