Was told roof would be done within 30 days, it wasn't we actually had to contact them to see when they would come out they said within a week, a week goes by I call them, they say they are sorry we will try next week, a guy comes out for pre inspection asks for money, told him we already paid deductible over a month ago, finally roof gets done then they need final payment from insurance company so we send them a check, which they conveniently can't find and now we have to send another one off but first I have to cancel previ... read more
