I wish I could give less than one star. On my initial contact I was informed they would be at my location in 2.5hrs. After 2.5hrs I inquired on the Progressive APP and thy would wait until their time would expire as being delayed and would change the status back to en-route. We ended up waiting from 3:39pm from the initial dispatch and conversation to 7:45pm when they told Progressive they were 15 minutes away from us when the reality was they were past Hartford South and we were in Chicopee, MA.
