The 3 ladies in the front office were amazing and so kind!! Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely recommend. Thank you again ladies! Please note: I apologize for forgetting their names but excellent customer service, quick follow-ups, questions answered and finding an item I left in car before it was towed. Just thank you so much for finding my card and putting it up for me which I retrieved the next day at the business place. Super nice staff. I am grateful.
Was really trying to stay calm with this - my car was on the side of the road for 48 hours- their driver hooked up the wrong car - I wasn’t on scene So it meant I had to rent a car and I asked if the towing co would help me with the rental costs. They hung up after telling me it’s everyone else’s fault but not theirs. Seriously!
Today I had the misfortune to slide backward down a long, icy, unplowed driveway and ended up hung up in bushes and partially in a small ravine. J&D Windsor Garage sent out a big truck and its wonderful driver, Duval, who assessed the situation, cheerfully and professionally hooked me up, hauled me out, and put me back on the road. He was cheerful and kind, and offered me reassurance through it all. Thank you, Duval, for saving the day!
Wonderful gentleman that they sent out for my car he didn't have to do it tow it he got it going for me! All staff I dealt with were very kind
First of all Jason is one of the best men I ever met. This place is loyal and Jason even came all the way back to help me again going out of his way at 4am. I can’t thank Jason and this garage for all their help, literally a lifesaver.
