Ordered online. Never got the item. Never answered calls or emails. Literally a scam.
Sham store that takes your money and then does not deliver goods or return emails and calls. Buyer beware !!
The half cover I ordered item was broken/defective upon arrival. The plastic connector on the retention cord broke upon the very first use rendering the cover almost useless. The cover no longer stays cinched down to the motorcycle. I made several attempts to resolve the issue with the seller and have received no follow-up or resolution after a month of contacting the seller. The customer service is completely non existent. There are much better alternatives out there, especially when you factor in after sales support.
