I've always had great service with them. Two years ago, after a snowstorm, they dragged my car up the hill each day when I got off from work since my car wouldn't make it on its own. I have routine service done there, too.
STAY AWAY!! I Used these guys for an engine swap and contracted them to do some upgrades before the swap, none of the $350 woth of new parts I left with them made it in to the new engine even though I was charged to put them in. The care suffered a the water pump failure that was supposed to have been replaced 3 months after the swap I confronted them and they refused to to anything about it.
