Fast/Excellent service. Highly recommend!
Had to call back three weeks in a row to have someone come out for a quote on a garbage disposal. Each week I was told someone would stop by our office, but they never did. After the third week, someone finally did show up to give us a quote, but they left without speaking with anyone. When I called for a follow-up on the quote, I was told I'd get a return call or email. Going on 5 weeks now without this quote.
They were able to come fix 2 different leaks within 2 months. Thank you for being so helpful and reliable.
I've tried to reach them on more than one occasion and get voice mail that says they'll get back to me. Is 6 months without a return call resonable? Hell no.
Came quickly to evaluate my furnace problem and have the parts ordered.
