I turned on my outside waterline to water the grass only to find I had my line freeze and split over the winter. J&D was able to send someone over quickly and he fixed the issue in under an hour. The plumber was also kind enough to notice my newly concrete driveway and offered to park in the street as his oil filter had a slight leak. He didn’t want to stain it. I appreciated that.

Had to call back three weeks in a row to have someone come out for a quote on a garbage disposal. Each week I was told someone would stop by our office, but they never did. After the third week, someone finally did show up to give us a quote, but they left without speaking with anyone. When I called for a follow-up on the quote, I was told I'd get a return call or email. Going on 5 weeks now without this quote.

I've tried to reach them on more than one occasion and get voice mail that says they'll get back to me. Is 6 months without a return call resonable? Hell no.
