I had an issue with a thermostat installation that caused a leak which meant I was stuck without heating or water. After a recommendation, I called JD Plumbing. Stephanie was fantastic - she booked me in first thing the next morning despite their busy schedule. Had a few bits done by the team over at JD plumbing and heating. Full back to brick bathroom, new boiler (Nuvien) and he always does our annual services, on top of any other repair work we have had over the years. Prices are always competitive and the work is good quality. No complaints here. I have recommended to family who have had work done with him now and say the same and I’ll continue to recommend to anyone else who needs a good, trustworthy tradesman.
Fantastic service and incredibly helpful. On time, tidy and friendly. Explains the work and what they are going to do very clearly. Now I have cosy new radiators and running hot water ready for the winter. Will be using again when I need a plumber.
