This place is easy to miss because the showroom is on the second floor and there is no prominent sign for the business on the street. Rug lovers, take heart! Enter the building lobby, ride the elevator up one floor and enter a fantastic warehouse of antique oriental rugs. A family-run business, J and D has dozens (hundreds?) of rugs lining the walls of a fairly large space. There are no words for the level of service of this generational rug company. I am admittedly a picky person and indecisive when it comes for things for my tiny apartment and Rodney, Ilan and their father were old world service gentlemen who never made me feel a bother. I was allowed to take the rug home after having visited it and looked at it countless times and it is just magnificent and something I will cherish forever as it was for a century prior to being in my home. Thank you guys!!!!
Not professional and attitude problem. I asked him to show me several carpets the moment he find out that I know a lot of carpets details, He asked me to leave the store. Sorry for that. Even if I don’t pay from you, you should have a customer service
These are wonderful people to deal with. Cannot recommend them strongly enough.
I have several stunning antique pieces from Ilan and Rodney. Highly recommend! The shipping is crazy fast, too.
