There are no words for the level of service of this generational rug company. I am admittedly a picky person and indecisive when it comes for things for my tiny apartment and Rodney, Ilan and their father were old world service gentlemen who never made me feel a bother. I was allowed to take the rug home after having visited it and looked at it countless times and it is just magnificent and something I will cherish forever as it was for a century prior to being in my home. Thank you guys!!!!

Not professional and attitude problem. I asked him to show me several carpets the moment he find out that I know a lot of carpets details, He asked me to leave the store. Sorry for that. Even if I don’t pay from you, you should have a customer service
