I purchased a very nice Fiat 500 from JD Motors this week. I would advise always checking the actual vehicle spec on the vendors website as there was a discrepancy from what was on Autotrader and what was on JD Motors site. Fortunately this wasn't a problem for me. I had loaded my Hastings direct App before I set out so was able to transfer all insurance in two minutes, and Austin and Cara were very helpful and we'd sorted out the Tax and paperwork in about 15 minutes after I'd finished my test drive and part exed my old veh... read more
Looks as this is my only way to reply to the lies added when you commented on my original review. The Nissan purchased is less than 10 years old not 12, you never fixed the car as the engine noise is still there, despite the warranty sold and also asked us to pay £450 just to be provided with a car that is still not working after waiting for 1 month. The extreme old car handed @ 21 years old was not used as it was too scary to drive something like that on roads. I believe that you did not like when I mentioned that our 3 kid... read more
A very bad experience for us. This garage sold my husband a car that he in not able to use from nearly 3 months now. There are endless issues with the car purchased such as turbo failed and additional noises. The car was only used for @ 1 week and he was close to having a car accident when the noise started while driving on a motorway with 3 small kids at the back in the car - despite that the car was only purchased from a month with warranty attached hey asked my husband to pay for fixing it. We sold a car to them via an on-line site, didn't quite get the price they had originally offered, but they were quite fair and reasonable. Looked like they had some good value used cars for sale. Very pleasant to deal with.
