A very bad experience for us. This garage sold my husband a car that he in not able to use from nearly 3 months now. There are endless issues with the car purchased such as turbo failed and additional noises. The car was only used for @ 1 week and he was close to having a car accident when the noise started while driving on a motorway with 3 small kids at the back in the car - despite that the car was only purchased from a month with warranty attached hey asked my husband to pay for fixing it. We sold a car to them via an on-line site, didn't quite get the price they had originally offered, but they were quite fair and reasonable. Looked like they had some good value used cars for sale. Very pleasant to deal with.
Just sold my car with this company and I was extremely impressed by the service that I received from Austen and his team! Despite the car being down valued from the original bid, Austen made it clear the reasoning into why this had been done, which made a lot of sense, and I still feel that I would have received less money from any other dealership! I had a lovely experience purchasing a used ford transit connect from this dealership. Great communication from Sara beforehand. I was picked up from the train station by Austin and the buying experience went very smoothly. Very happy with my new van :)
Brilliant used car dealer. Reasonably priced cars with decent and thoughtful after sale service. Austin and his colleagues are great and approachable. This is company with high standards and integrity, highly recommended if you are looking for a new used car.
