Jennifer in the psychology department was very friendly and nice and setting up my child’s appointment. My son is severely disabled and has meltdowns so we have yet to be officially a client and we may not even be able to get him to his next appointment although we will try our hardest but she’s been very polite and understanding and didn’t just drop us and we made an appointment for us.. My 8 yr old autistic nephew was in there for 2 wks , & they seemed to have restraint his feet & hands, he stayed with his grandma for a week & he doesn't walk right, he doesn't use his hands right & when he talks he closes his mouth quickly & tells himself to o shut his mouth. What are you doing to him in there? We're taking this to court

Staff are not really on top of things they pass the blame or don't know what your asking. For a center like this it should make better informed medical decisions and they don't have a real family visitation.

This place is absolutely amazing. They are all so sweet and friendly. They work so good with the children. My grandson is eating by mouth now. I am so grateful for what they have done with him. I would Recommend JD McCarty Center anytime!
