J. D. Marks has managed my properties for years. I am often in their office so I see first hand how hard they work. They do a fantastic job handling my properties. They only manage properties and don't own any rental properties. I see where a few people have complained about maintenance, which prompted me to write this review. If a property owner won't let J. Will never rent agin – I rented a duplex from this company almost 2yrs ago. It was priced ok for such a bad area. I have had nothing but issues since i've lived there. Rats, spiders, ants, pluming issues, and no heat this year! I ask them to fix these issues repeatly. I was told i had to pay for the repairs. Im in the procese of movieng out. I would not rent anything from them agin!

Good Hands On Management – J.D. Marks has managed my properties for over 20 years. I am currently renovating my 29th property ( 40 unit apartment complex). They have been most helpful with accounting and payments to different construction trades. They have always been a phone call away whenever I need advice on any phase of management. They are especially good if the owner has a working knowledge of construction and is a hands on owner. Excellent Service – I read the earlier review and am not sure what that person is talking about. I've dealt with JD Marks for over one year, after they took over a property with serious issues. They have turned the property around. Most importantly, to me, as an owner, they constantly provide me with information and work hard to maintain the property.
