Spoke with an incredibly helpful guy named Jordan. First off, I was shocked to even be able to reach someone, then I didn't have to wait for some operator to connect me to such and such. First guy I spoke with picked up the phone answered all my questions, sent me a helpful photo and I was on my way. This is how the world used to work. It was a refreshing experience. Highly recommended and I will seek out this brand for any future greenhouse projects. Thank you.
