Skipped my trash pick up because it was 15 feet away from the curb, call and tell them and nothing is done. I’ve never missed a payment and that’s not ok. Also constantly charges me extra. Not professional.
This company is very very disrespectful they miss picking up my trash multiple occasions and when called to speak to someone I get rushed off the phone and told I will receive a call back and never get a call back… I pay for services and it seems I have to beg and fight for them to just simply pick up trash… isn’t that what I pay them for?
