We have been in business for awhile. And we have never gone through something like this. We ordered parts and paid for them over 1.5 months ago and we still have not received our parts. Now they don't answers or return our calls.
Took payment in May from my husband and still haven’t received parts. Getvthe runaround when called.

I have been in business since the 1980s, and this was one of the poorest business experiences we have ever encountered. Our concerns are not limited to a single issue.
