The most horrible experience ever. I brought a portuguese gold chain to get fixed and bought another one. When I went to pick up both items, the chain that I needed to get fixed looked like it was soldered stiff where the links were cut with something other than gold as it had a white line through it. The other chain that I bought was too big for my daughter so it needed to get some links removed.
