I phoned Jim first thing this morning as we were having problems with our electrics. By midday, he had sorted out the problem and explained what had gone wrong. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Jim made sure that we were happy with the job and we encountered no more problems (followed up with a call later that day) before accepting payment. Very reasonably priced too. Delighted to have found a new local electrician to save to my contacts for when needed! Thanks

Jim provided exceptional service, went above and beyond to ensure all my lights were functioning properly. He. completed the job with meticulous attention to detail, leaving everything clean and tidy. I feel very confident in his work and will definitely will call him back. The electrics kept tripping and I didn't know why. I called JD Electrics and spoke to Jim mid morning. By 4 o'clock the same day Jim had been, found the fault and got it sorted. Excellent service, fast, honest and knowlegable. He even rang me that night to check everything was OK (which it was). I would thoroughly recommend.

From start to finish, Jim and the team communicated well and listened to all my concerns. The job was clean, efficient and was done in a timely manner. I’d thoroughly recommend JD electrics.
