The inspection was priced reasonably compared to others we considered and they thoroughly checked all potential entry points, taking just under two hours to complete. Their detailed report identified a few concerning areas which were then addressed quickly with minimal disruption.

The pest control service was more thorough this time compared to a previous company we tried, although they were delayed by half an hour due to scheduling issues. They managed to remove both the hornet and wasp nests in about two hours but did leave some chemical residue on the driveway that took a bit of cleaning up
It took approximately an hour to kill the hornets and wasps which seemed like a reasonable time for the size of the nests, but I would have liked a more thorough discussion of preventative measures while they were at the house.
Another company recommended what seemed like an expensive treatment plan and so this pest control service was quick and under an hour with no disturbance. They worked excellent with building administration to get the recurring ant infestation in my apartment taken care of.
