Our residential A/C went out last fall. We had a Home Service Plus technician come out and tell us we needed a new hvac system for $6-10k. I put it off until the summer humidity became insufferable. Our neighbors recommended we call Dave from J & D Heating and Cooling. They said he was very fairly priced. I called Dave and he was at our house the next morning to look at the A/C. Dave answered promptly on the first call and was able to come out in a few hours. The amazing thing was it was also a holiday and the heat was way too much with a full family to keep cool. He was able to fix the problem with a very fair rate for the circumstances. Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. Sucks my AC broke but happy to find a reliable and fair person to work with in the future.
