HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you need a caterer! By my special request, J&D Catering created a New Orleans' style menu for my mom's birthday party. They created dishes they do not normally offer, testing them ahead of time to be sure they were delicious - and they were! My mom wanted to be in NOLA for her birthday and couldn't, so when she saw the food and theme, she started crying (in a good way!). Thank you to J&D Catering for make this special menu happen and for helping us create this incredible memory for my mom.
Very accommodating to custom orders! They did an amazing job using the photo I sent as inspiration to make a unique cake for my husband’s birthday. Their communication was great from the time I ordered and they were accommodating with my pick up needs. We have used them before and will definitely use them again in the future!
Loved working with these ladies! Cake testing was my husbands and step sons favorite part of the whole wedding process. I surprised my husband with a Grooms cake, he absolutely LOVED it and insisted we cut his cake instead. It tasted just as good as it looked! We got so many compliments on our cake I would recommend them to anyone.
Wow! J & D Mart was awesome to work with for our daughter's wedding. The food for the rehearsal dinner and wedding was amazing. The cupcakes and wedding cake was as pretty as they were delicious. They made a big part of the day very easy! Highly recommend!

I bought cupcakes at the Taste of Dubuque and they were the best cupcakes I have had in some time! Super moist and the frosting was fantastic!! The cupcakes were at hit with my family! Will have to order a birthday cake for the next birthday!!!!
Diane and the whole crew at J&D did a great job in helping my wife and I throughout the entire wedding planning process. Planning a wedding from Michigan that is in Dubuque isn't easy but Diane made it very seamless. Our guests kept coming to us to let us know how much the loved the dinner and cake!
We had our wedding last weekend at Oak Hill in Apple River, IL. I was super-excited about the selections we chose and Diane was absolutely wonderful to work with. I started to get a little nervous on the day of our wedding because of the distance to our venue from New Vienna, Iowa. I needed to find absolutely anything else to worry about.
