This guy is a rip off my wife used him, he told her there was a recoverable retainer, but refuses to return anything to her after numerous calls and emails to his office! My lawyer returned the exrra retainer in less than a week and provided monthly statements on how much retainer was used. My wife has no accounting reports from his office…. Use at your own risk, but know he is not honest.
He will promise & tell you what you want to hear at first. Once you sign a contract with him it is over. All he will do is go through your financials to see how long to drag matters and reset court hearing & run you a bill until you are out of money. He would tell me he had set a court hearing & I had a paralegal friend that had access to the courts tell me she had checked and nothing was set. Trust the one star reviews.
Bucky is extremely well respected among other attorneys for a reason; he is intelligent, thorough and humble. I was honored to be represented by such a wonderful attorney and man. He settled issues quickly and efficiently. He has excellent communication and remembers everything. I believe God led me to this great man and I am eternally grateful that he was able to correct major issues prior attorneys made on my case. If you are wise, he will be your first and only attorney.

I hired Bucky for a child custody case I was going through. Because of the situation between my kids’ mother and myself, I’ve had a few different lawyers over the years and Bucky was by far the most competent and hard-working attorney I have ever had. He was not the cheapest lawyer but the way I see it, my children are worth it, whatever the cost, and the saying “you get what you pay for” is absolutely true.
