It's frustrating when brands dodge accountability. Wetbrush's “eco-friendly” line is just greenwashing. Only their cardboard-packaged items are sustainable, while others aren't. Even worse, they delete criticism on Instagram. Disappointing!
Terrible experience. When I suggested using eco-friendly packaging, they ignored me and deleted my comments. If you don't plan to address environmental concerns, don't act like you care about sustainability.
