I called trying to get an oil change. I asked if they were open on saturdays. They said no. I asked how much for the service and they stated they do not give prices over the phone because the only serve local customers. I let them know I was a new customer. The line was disconnected. This was very unprofessional. I am a new business to Salem and was treated unnecessarily due to the fact I didn’t know how much money to bring for service.
