I am so grateful to have found John and for the people who wrote reviews before us. He was able to get our car in within short period of time and fix it within a day. He communicated throughout the process and let me know that I didn't need something I thought I needed, saving me money. I appreciated that he let me know there was a warranty of 3 years for one of the parts. I found J. D. after previously using another "reputable" family-owned business. They cracked my oil pan during an oil change and was without a vehicle for two days; noone tried to get me a replacement vehicle-that was on me. The same company then quoted me twice for repairs that J.D. was able to confirm that were not all necessary. He cleaned up and took pictures and sent them to me before my service. John was very quick and diligent to help with the issues I was having with my SUV. When it was ready, he even let me pick up my car late at night when I had a family emergency. John was thorough with his details on what was wrong and what he recommended doing. I highly recommend using a John if you’re looking for a local, down to earth good person and mechanic.

I’ll be bringing my vehicle to John for any and all repairs. He’s the kind of mechanic that you can trust to give you a quick turn around, get the job done right the first time, and not nickel and dime you. Reasonably priced and he cares a lot about the customer. Couldn’t recommend more

I looked up places online and found J D Automotive and Repair. I wasn’t sure at first because of few reviews, but man am I glad I went and saw John. I told him what was going on and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He also checked with me about everything and made sure of what I wanted to do. Excellent communication. After we decided what the plan was he had it done in a day. Cannot be happier. John is great and would highly recommend!
