What started as a brake concern turned out to be a much bigger issue, and we ultimately had to scrap the car. Even though it wasn’t the outcome we hoped for, they were honest, transparent, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They took the time to clearly explain everything and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We truly appreciate their integrity and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, straightforward service.
Extremely rude and very disrespectful. The way they speak to people is highly unprofessional. I would never conduct myself that way. I do not recommend business with them.
Did some work on my car. I felt they were overpriced and stringing me along as a woman who “won’t know any better”! Sure enough, I needed my headlight bulbs changed. They wanted to charge me 300 bucks! I went to Walmart Auto Center and paid fifty for the bulbs and 10 a dollar labor fee! STAY AWAY! They may seem to do good by you at first but they’ll take advantage of you! They knew I was on a budget! Stay Away!
Got some front bumper and internal parts for my car when I was thinking I would replace them myself but then was prevented from doing so because of an injury. They were willing to finish the job for me and their labor rate was reasonable - and it looks/runs great too.
