I've taken my Acura RL and my Honda Accord to this place and both times he said he wouldn't look at either vehicle. He then ask would I be a return customer as if his services are conditional. This place advertise as Acura and Honda specialist, but suggested I take my vehicles to the dealer. I guess they are Acura and Honda specialist for existing customers.
Honest, responsive, and prices are fair. Did a spectacular job servicing my vehicle, especially the A/C. Honestly have never met such friendly auto shop mechanics. Paul and Jeff are awesome and honest guys
Was my very first time but wont be my last. Paul is as amazing as they say. Soon as he started explaining his process i cut him off and said you must be Paul. You did exactly what everyone said. I got excited before he even touched my car with the customer service i received on my first phone call!! I have some knowledge of cars and he explains everything in a way that even if you know nothing you will understand what is needed and what's recommended for the future.
