My mom brought her truck in for repairs, and Daniela completely messed up the insurance paperwork, which caused the wrong part of her truck to get fixed. Make sure your paper work is being handled carefully if dealing with her. Seems to be no sense of urgency for this problem to be fixed, especially after it was caused by your “receptionist”.
They service here is great. Got my vehicle fixed within the promised time. Process was quick and easy and communication from staff was as expected. Hope I dont need Collison repair again but if I do I will be coming here.
