I went to get my door repaired on my red bronco sport and Jesus was friendly and provided great customer service by giving an a good explanation of service and helping me best possible plan. They even finished my job earlier than expected. Also a shout out to the receptionist that helped me as well always friendly and kind. Kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately I am bad with names. But she was great. Totally recommend this place.
We were rear ended and their insurance had us go here for our repairs. They did an excellent job and the lady who works at the desk was very pleasant and professional.

I’m actually very hurt to even write this review. It took over 3 weeks to get a simple diesel casing cover replaced. They could not communicate with my insurance in a timely manner nor has it been resolved as of yet. (Payment wise) The person helping me was not very helpful at all. She had the front receptionist call me for things she should had been reaching out to me for. Ultimately I had to contact my insurance and go into the shop over 3 times to get my issue resolved.
