My girlfriend needed some big repairs on her CR-V, specifically for a defective part that the dealership wouldn't honor. Teri talked us through the whole process, and it got done for a lot less than we thought. A lot of mechanics tend to talk over women and don't bother explaining why they're doing what they're doing, but Teri and her crew were incredibly no-nonsense and respectful. Teri also let us keep the old part "to hang on your Christmas tree, if you want."
This place is great. Teri is knowledgeable and fair. This is my go to garage.
We had an excellent experience at this shop! Dropped by early AM on a Saturday and was called shortly after with a list of things that our car needed updated (there was a lot lol). Prices are very fair and reasonable. Will definitely come back soon!
Teri the owner is so rude and disrespectful to her Customers. Terry, learn how to treat your customers with respect no matter how busy you are. We are the ones that are paying your bills. Also don't make promises you cannot keep. If you can't do the job on someone's car be Honest and let them know. Don't keep their car in your shop for over a week And then you tell them that it's going take longer cause You're too busy with other cars. You should sell your shop and let someone else run it.
