Really needed to get my boyfriend’s front brakes fixed and Terry was able to get us in the same day and Jaime was able to fix the car in a couple of hours! they were able to shave off the rotors saving us a couple hundred bucks. Honestly, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, not just for the amazing service but for their HONESTY and not trying to rip us off like other places would. I will definitely be back here for all my future services! Thank you J&D!
Overall good
My girlfriend needed some big repairs on her CR-V, specifically for a defective part that the dealership wouldn't honor. Teri talked us through the whole process, and it got done for a lot less than we thought. A lot of mechanics tend to talk over women and don't bother explaining why they're doing what they're doing, but Teri and her crew were incredibly no-nonsense and respectful. Teri also let us keep the old part "to hang on your Christmas tree, if you want."
This place is great. Teri is knowledgeable and fair. This is my go to garage.
We had an excellent experience at this shop! Dropped by early AM on a Saturday and was called shortly after with a list of things that our car needed updated (there was a lot lol). Prices are very fair and reasonable. Will definitely come back soon!
