VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I am a property manager at an apartment complex with laundry mat on-site. I called them to fix a frontload washer, tech came out and said he would check into ordering a part... Waited and waited and waited to hear back, they do not return phone calls and obviously do not care about their reputation.
Our oven would not ignite, and so we deferred to our landlord--since we are not from around this area, and have only been in the area ~6 months--They were instructed by him to call us, and our contact info was given. No one contacted us. I attempted to contact them directly, to which I received their answering service, and I left a detailed message. Hours later no reply call, so I call them back.
