Website says they're open Tues, Thurs, & Fri until 5:30. This is not true. Arrived last Friday at 4:30 to pick up retainer & they were already closed. Today, they said they close at 4 & will be there this Thurs & Friday 'for the morning' which again, NOT what their website OR office door indicate. Apparently their hours are whenever they feel like it. Be very cautious!! Good luck!!
